We’re looking for an experienced Design Lead / Senior Designer to partner with the Client Services team, helping brands bring their campaigns to life with stunning and effective Connected TV ad experiences.
The Studio’s goal is to deliver premium creative—from straightforward adaptations to bespoke, high-level design work—that enables brands to reach the right audiences with polished, impactful ads.
Role Duties
Lead the creative vision and output of the Studio across EMEA
Collaborate with Client Services and Sales, to deliver outstanding Connected TV ad campaigns
Create toolkits and playbooks to support advertisers and strategic partners
Provide hands-on design input, from resizing and adaptation through to full creative concepts and executions
Be a creative consultant, ensuring all campaigns achieve maximum impact and meet the highest quality standards

Role Skills
Proven experience in digital and video advertising design, ideally within Connected TV, streaming, digital advertising, or related media.
Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Strong client-facing communication skills and experience presenting creative work
Bonus: an understanding of the entertainment industry, media agencies, or ad tech
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of After Effects would be a bonus
PowerPoint experience - intermediate
Specifics
Fixed term contract 6 months. Immediate start – ideally October. Potential to extend 12 months +
Location: London – Hybrid role, 3 days on site – Tues/Weds/Thurs - non negotiable
