Strategy Director
Job Description
Working for this prestigious Branding Agency, you will be a critical component in leading and delivering compelling brand strategies for their clients.
Strong generalist strategy skills (consumer and corproate) with a particular focus on consumer experience and expertise, to lead FMCG account.
Role Summary
Shape the narrative across multiple projects, and persuasively sell in strategies to clients and their agency partners. Able to use your knowledge to lead a multitude of projects, managing the team, whilst challenging the process to ensure best strategy work is done.
You will work closely with the creative and client servicing teams on any project, taking responsibility for delivering strategic work that sets the bar. You will manage team members and identify opportunities for individual and collective growth.
Accurately and actively define and scope projects, identify new opportunities for delivery of the strategy and identify revenue opportunities
Role Skills
Proven experience delivering a broad and deep range of consumer brand strategies
Good experience and understanding of project financials and agency commercials
Be an outstanding content creator and confident presenter
Problem-solving approach, excellent attention to detail
